Bishu woollen textiles have a rich heritage in and around Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture. Thanks to its rich natural surroundings, including the Kiso River, the region has long been known as Japan’s largest producer of woollen textiles. Born in a region that has upheld tradition and quality for generations, this cloth is used by many well-known fashion labels.

Developed for suiting, this cloth is woven from a blend of Shetland wool and linen yarn. It pairs the body and softness of fine wool with the charm of irregular linen flecks.
